200g chocolate chip biscuits, chopped into small pieces
1/2 cup pistachio nuts, toasted & chopped
1/3 cup hazelnuts, toasted & chopped
1/3 cup macadamias, toasted & chopped
1/2 cup sultanas, chopped (or raisins)
300g milk chocolate chopped
3/4 cup condensed milk
Mix biscuits, nuts & sultanas in bowl. Put chocolate, condensed milk & butter in saucepan over low heat. Cook until smooth & add to biscuit mixture. Spoon into lined loaf pan, pressing down to prevent bubbles & smooth with spatula. Cover with cling wrap & refrigerate 2 hours or until set. Tip out on plate & slice. Keeps in fridge for ages. It’s yummy!
