The Best Cheesecake Recipe Ever

Not all of us like the same cheesecake recipe and that is a fact, so why not amp it up a little, this recipe is perfect for desert boards, it will work an absolute treat, for Christmas day. Making the cheesecake base, split in to three and make three different cheesecakes. Here are several different filling recipes, find your favourite. Five very different cheesecake fillings.
Base:
So easy to make the base in muffin cases, pop in to the freezer for a little while in the meantime you have ready your filling.
Ingredients:
3 Cups Of Biscuit Crumbs 250-300gms Melted Butter
Filling:
500g Cream Cheese
1 Cup Sugar
3 Soup Spoons Of Gelatine ( Dissolved In Water)
3 Cups Of Whipped Cream
Method:
Mix cream and cream cheese with sugar in a food processor until smooth. Whip cream. Dissolve gelatine. Add desired flavours. Mix in gelatine. Pour in base and set.

2 handfuls of melted chocolate
2 1/2 nips baileys
1 tin boysenberries
White Chocolate And Apricots
2 tins of apricots
2 nips of Cointreau
2 handfuls of melted chocolate
Berry
2 tins boysenberries
Berry Marshmallow
1 tin boysenberries
2 handfuls of marshmallows
Pineapple
450gm tin crushed pineapple
3 handfuls of white chocolate
75mls Malibu
If you are making the cheesecakes for larger numbers, please double the recipe. All are absolutely delicious, if this is for a desert board add berries, cream, even ice-cream, maybe a little chocolate sauce.
